Return Eligibility
Products purchased directly from Anatkh Optics may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in new and unused condition
- Not be mounted or installed
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use
- Mounted optics
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Step 2
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Step 3
Package the product securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return has been processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
If the return is due to an error on our part, Anatkh Optics may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
If you would like a different model or product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Warranty coverage does not include:
